Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everybody, hope your day went well and you had a good one. I know I sure did. It was fun and great and everyone is making dinner right now and should be done in like five minutes so I cant write a novel in here :) We woke up at around nine and started doing the presents and then had breakfast after that. Then i had to go to Trace's house for a surprise for him from his family. Drum roll please..... Trace got his car and should be getting his license in January, so now he can drive me everywhere :). I am not sure of the basics of his car but i know it is red and it is a Honda. Well I am about to go and eat a delicious dinner. Pictures should be up soon.

Snow in Hesperia!?!?

Well like every other person living in the high desert I am wondering what the heck is going on. It has been snowing for ten hours straight and does not show any sign of stopping and when I saw snowing I am not talking about a flake here and there. Everywhere is closing. I work at Bakers and got called off tonight because they were closing for the night. Moms and Amy's work is also closed for the day. Trace had to go home because if he stayed any longer he would of been stuck at my house till tomorrow. Well we all had a fun time playing in the snow this morning. Trace and Matthew made a snowman, DJ rolled a huge ball of snow, there was some sledding and some snow ball fights. All in all, even though it is freezing, today was fun.

This is what it looked like around nine in the morning.

This is what it looked like at around three in the afternoon.

This is our snowman. I named him Hamburger Hank.

Its starting to look a lot like christmas

Well everyone who knows me should know that Christmas is one of my most favorite times of the year. No, not just because of the presents i also love the christmas songs, the cold weather, the christmas lights, and a lot of different things that comes with the christmas season. Well this past week I made my first every gingerbread house. Trace and I went and saw Four Christmases in theatres and at the end i saw a gingerbread house and told Trace that I wanted to make one. So we headed over to Wal-Mart and bought one. It was a little upsetting because I did not notice that it was one of those that the house was already put together and you just decorate it. I wanted the full deal of making the house and using the frosting as glue but i still had fun making it. It was also's Matthew's first gingerbread house too. I think him and Trace both had fun decorating it. :)We got a little out of control with the frosting :)Matthew decorating the house. He liked to put on the gum drops and the small candy pieces.

Celine Dion!

For moms birthday dad bought her Celine Dion tickets, which she has wanted to go and see her in concert forever! Her birthday is not for another month but she was playing last night so we had to give them to her a little bit early Last night me, sis, mom, and Amy headed to the Staples Center in L.A to see her. It was a really good performance even though she was late by thirty minutes and there were some technical diffuculties that delayed it another thirty minutes. We were not allowed to take cameras in but everybody did except me so here is a video from her tour. I enjoyed going and so did mom because she got to see her "hero" :)

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

I have been playing a on-line game called World of Warcraft with Trace and about eleven million other people for a little over a year now and basically this game is a massive multiplayer online role playing game also known as MMORPG. Tonight, the third expansion comes out and there is a midnight release at all the game stores. Since my boyfriend and his family are owners of Internet gaming place and Trace is addicted to this game, they of course are going. I decided I would tag along since I did buy a copy of it and also play the game. Should be fun because I guess they are having a costume contest and see who can resemble the characters in the game. :)

Candy corn, costumes, and clowns!

Well i know it is a day late but Happy Halloween to everybody! Hope you had a great day and ate a lot of candy :) My Halloween was pretty good. I went with Matthew (who was spiderman) trick or treating for a little bit and then Trace and I went to Stacey's house. Kyle and Greg played a prank on us. They were rattling the doors, hitting on windows, they shut off the power, and ended up in the house with masks. It got me pretty good, but thats all right we got them back even better. Cameron who is Amy's boyfriend got in their car and had a clown mask on, when they were at the gas station, getting candy, and then when they were driving he popped up into the front seat and scared both Kyle and Greg :). After all that we watched the movie Strangers. And oh I dressed up as an Adult Strawberry Shortcake.

Thats me! Matthew digging in his spiderman bucket for some candy

Throwing up Spidermans web!

And Oh! This was Trace's outfit. I don't know what he was but it looks pretty cool and apparently I was the one who gave him the bruising. Well thats what he told everybody haha.

Pumpkin Patch

This last Sunday, Mom, Sis, Matthew, Trace, and I went to a Pumpkin Patch. They had a train ride, that only Matty and I went on, a corn stalk maze, a little zoo, and the main attraction: THE PUMPKIN PATCH :). Mom, Matty, and I got little pumpkins. I do believe Matthew carved his, mine is still not carved, and moms are sitting on the kitchen table. Hopefully I get it carved before tomorrow :)

Knotts Scary Farm!

For Stacey's birthday Amy and I bought her a ticket to Knotts Halloween Haunt, she had mentioned something about her wanting to go. We all played it off like we werent going because no one had money and her boyfriend Kyle told her they were not going either but he already bought his ticket and everything was planned. Unfortunately not a lot of people could go this year and it only ended up being Stacey, Kyle, Trace, and I, dont get me wrong it was still fun :). We all drove up together, It was my first time driving on the freeway that far, it was about an hour and a half, but I did good. It was an awesome night, we saw some pretty good shows and some of us got the living day lights scared out of them :). I can not wait to go back next year!

Parties, Clubs, and Shows

Wow. I realized that it has been almost a month since something was posted. I have been really busy with school, work, and well everything else in life. I celebrated my birthday on the fifth. YAY happy birthday to me and Amy. I actually had a full birthday weekend. On the third, Trace and Nicki who is Josh's girlfriend (Josh is traces best friend) planned a trip to the drive in for mine and Josh' birthday (whose birthday was on the fourth of October). We went out to panda express where they surprised us by meeting up with each other. Then we went to the drive ins in Barstow. We saw Lake View Terrace and then My Best Friends Girl which was hilarious. On Saturday, Trace took me out to lunch and then to a movie. We saw Eagle Eye. I am a big fan of Shia LaBeouf and had been wanting to see that movie forever. We also went to a play at the college, The Bus Stop. They had it in what is called a "black box" and it has limited seating and instead of them being on stage they are in a little room with you. So it was very up close and personal. To finish the night off, Stacey, Michelle, and I decorated Bakers for Halloween. Then on Sunday, we had a party with friends and families. Then a week later, my best friend Stacey celebrated her birthday. We had a surprise lunch at In-N-out for her and then later that night, Trace, Amy, Michelle, David, Kyle, Stacey, and I went the nightclub Karma. All the girls were on the VIP list :). Next Weekend: Key Game for Hesperia HIgh School and Knotts Scary Farm.

Fishing

For trace's birthday I bought him a fishing pole and thought it would be a good time to test it out. After classes we got our fishing stuff (i do not have my own fishing pole so i had to borrow one ) and then headed up to Hesperia Lakes. Sadly, we did not catch anything. I almost did but it got away with my bait :(. We plan on going back real soon and maybe we will actually catch something.

Happy 18th Birthday

Well two of my Best friends turned eighteen in the last month. Michelle on August 15th and Nicole on September 3rd. That leaves Amy and I the last ones to become legal! For Michelle's birthday we went to spring valley lakes and had a picnic, then went to Denny's for dinner, and lost but not least wrapped all of our boyfriends in bubble wrap and made them walk around the mall. We were doing a social experiment *cough* yea that's it :) Then for Nicole's party, which was actually today, we went to a picnic at her house. She had a very awesome pretty princess bounce house! Its funny how were suppose to all become adults when we turn 18 but we do stuff like bubble wrap and bounce houses, but oh well we all had fun!

First day of School

Well today was my first day of College. For those of you who don't know i am going to Victor Valley Community College and getting my first two years down then transferring to Cal State San Bernadino to get my degree in teaching. My first day was kinda hectic went and got the remaining of books which was $145.00 but Trace ( for those of who don't know him, he is my boyfriend of almost two and a half years) and i are splitting the cost of books since we have the same classes. That was only one book too :( . So after that we went to go find our first class English 50, which said it was moved so we had to go look for that and ask someone for help but then to find out it was not moved. It was right where we looked too. That class should be OK. Then i also have Math 50, which on the first day got assigned almost a hundred math problems. My other class is Economics 101 online. Which we cant figure out how to start that up so we have to go in tomorrow and get some help. So as you can see it was a little crazy but Trace being there with me helped my stress a little. Oh and another thing there was a crazy summer storm in between my two classes. It was cool though! Well that there is my adventure on my first day of school, hope my second day on Wednesday will be better!

Love ya all

And OH it was my first day of school today and it was also my nephew, Jordan's first day of Fifth Grade. So hope you had fun! Fifth grade was one of my favorite grades, Ah the good ol days :) Also my nephew Calvin will be starting school next week and Matthew, my other nephew started school a couple weeks ago! Aww they grow up so fast :)

This is the lake in the middle of my campus. This was when it was raining right before my math class.

Summer 2008!

Since i will be starting college on the twenty-fifth of this month i thought it would be a good time to look back at my summer. I have done a lot of things this summer and still have many things planned. A few highlights of my summer are graduation on May 29th, 2008 and also Grad Night at Disneyland on that same day, saw wicked the Musical on Broadway in Hollywood with both of my sisters, went to Silverwood for a day with my best girl friends, stayed in a beach house at Venice for a week, and celebrated the Fourth of July (my favorite Holiday). So as you can see i have done a lot stuff in the past three months!
