Second Semester

On Wednesday my second semester of college started. I am taking four classes, which is fourteen credits so i am considered a full time student. I am taking Hostory 117, English 101, Math 90, and Child Dvl/Education 110 and that one is online. So i will be pretty busy this semester. The first day went allright, so i hope the rest of the semester is like that.

Well valentines day passes this last weekend. Happy Late Valentines I guess! Trace woke me up with Pink Roses then took me out to breakfast at Denny's. Then we wathched a couple movies then headed to the grocery store. I got to pick out whatever dinner items I wanted and we took them back to his house and we made dinner together. I ended up choosing spaghetti with french bread. Then we finished up with a carton of ice cream, I got peppermint and he got some ice cream sandwhich thing.
So all in all, even though we stayed at home, it was a good valentines day.

Update

So not a lot of things have been going on with my life lately. I find myself with a lot of free time because i was unable to take winter classes at the college but i will start up again with classes in about two weeks.
Disneyland
I went to Disneyland on Wednesday, where it was extremely hot (I was dressed for winter with boots and a long sleeve) and there were no lines. Trace and I literally walked up to both thunder mountain and space mountain and got onto the rides. I think the longest wait was fifteen/twenty minutes and that was for the Finding Nemo ride. That ride was awesome and for those of who don't know it used to be The Submarine Voyage that shut down in 1998 and then re-opened just this past year to the theme of Finding Nemo. At the end of the night, they performed Fantasmic which in my opinion the best show ever. So Disneyland was awesome and always will be and for some reason my family has an obsession for Disneyland, guess it runs in our blood.
Books
For those of you who do not know I enjoy reading. I just finished the Twilight Saga, which contains, Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn, for the second time yesterday. Then went and saw the movie for the third time today. I went and bought two more books, one a very chessy romance novel and the other one is "Perfect You", which I found under the teen section, so i guess it is classified as that.
Movies
So i also love to watch Movies. Like i Mentioned earlier i have seen the Twilight movie three times since January. It starts Robert Pattison and Kristen Stewart (Edward and Bella). Some other movies I have seen are Bride Wars, Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway are the bestfriends gone rivals in this movie. It was a total chick flick so i went and saw it with Michelle and Stacey. Trace took me to go and see Push which stars Dakota Fanning, Chris Evans, Camille Belle and a lot of actors i have never seen before. That was also a good movie, very action packed

So as you can tell not much going on. Hopefully when school starts up I will not have as much time on my hand :)

SOOOOO

Nothing new has been going on around here, but i am going to Disneyland tomorrow with Trace. YAY! It is my gift from him for our two year anniversary and that was about nine months ago :) So pictures should be up soon!

Crash Landing

So i thought this was kind of an interesting story. Yesterday, January 15th, 2009, a airplane had to crash in the hudson river because a flock of canadian gesse hit the plane and the engines causing them to blow out. The pilot made a very remarkable crash landing in the river and everything wsa kept in tack. All of the passangers and crew on board all survived without any injuries. All i have to say is WOW.

Vampires and Werewolfs

Well my friend Stacey and I have become hooked on the Twilight series. It all began with her giving my the first book in the series for christmas and it has been Vampire galore ever since :)The Series has four books published, Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn. There is a fifth book but has not been in published, it is the first book just in Edward's point of view and not Bella's (main characters) I love these books because its not the typical cliche Vampires. They don't sleep in coffins, only come out at night, can be killed by a stake in the heart or any of the other typical Vampire stuff. They are much like humans just with a little twist :)There are many fictional twists to the book, like the vampires and werewolfs (that come later in the series). The one major theme of the books is of course, the love story between Bella and Edward. Bella being a human and Edward a vampire, you can see the controversy in just that alone. I am currenty on the Fourth book of the series, Breaking Dawn, and am almost done with it. I can not wait till the other movies come out and hopefully the fifth book of the series.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everybody, hope your day went well and you had a good one. I know I sure did. It was fun and great and everyone is making dinner right now and should be done in like five minutes so I cant write a novel in here :) We woke up at around nine and started doing the presents and then had breakfast after that. Then i had to go to Trace's house for a surprise for him from his family. Drum roll please..... Trace got his car and should be getting his license in January, so now he can drive me everywhere :). I am not sure of the basics of his car but i know it is red and it is a Honda. Well I am about to go and eat a delicious dinner. Pictures should be up soon.

Snow in Hesperia!?!?

Well like every other person living in the high desert I am wondering what the heck is going on. It has been snowing for ten hours straight and does not show any sign of stopping and when I saw snowing I am not talking about a flake here and there. Everywhere is closing. I work at Bakers and got called off tonight because they were closing for the night. Moms and Amy's work is also closed for the day. Trace had to go home because if he stayed any longer he would of been stuck at my house till tomorrow. Well we all had a fun time playing in the snow this morning. Trace and Matthew made a snowman, DJ rolled a huge ball of snow, there was some sledding and some snow ball fights. All in all, even though it is freezing, today was fun.

Well I should be doing my paper for my econ class but i took a little break and was watching some videos on YouTube when I came across a video that I have watched before. But this video is a very inspirational one that I love to watch! After seeing this video a couple months back I added them on my Myspace and also subscribed on Youtube and have been following since.

Its starting to look a lot like christmas

Well everyone who knows me should know that Christmas is one of my most favorite times of the year. No, not just because of the presents i also love the christmas songs, the cold weather, the christmas lights, and a lot of different things that comes with the christmas season. Well this past week I made my first every gingerbread house. Trace and I went and saw Four Christmases in theatres and at the end i saw a gingerbread house and told Trace that I wanted to make one. So we headed over to Wal-Mart and bought one. It was a little upsetting because I did not notice that it was one of those that the house was already put together and you just decorate it. I wanted the full deal of making the house and using the frosting as glue but i still had fun making it. It was also's Matthew's first gingerbread house too. I think him and Trace both had fun decorating it. :)We got a little out of control with the frosting :)Matthew decorating the house. He liked to put on the gum drops and the small candy pieces.

Celine Dion!

For moms birthday dad bought her Celine Dion tickets, which she has wanted to go and see her in concert forever! Her birthday is not for another month but she was playing last night so we had to give them to her a little bit early Last night me, sis, mom, and Amy headed to the Staples Center in L.A to see her. It was a really good performance even though she was late by thirty minutes and there were some technical diffuculties that delayed it another thirty minutes. We were not allowed to take cameras in but everybody did except me so here is a video from her tour. I enjoyed going and so did mom because she got to see her "hero" :)

World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

I have been playing a on-line game called World of Warcraft with Trace and about eleven million other people for a little over a year now and basically this game is a massive multiplayer online role playing game also known as MMORPG. Tonight, the third expansion comes out and there is a midnight release at all the game stores. Since my boyfriend and his family are owners of Internet gaming place and Trace is addicted to this game, they of course are going. I decided I would tag along since I did buy a copy of it and also play the game. Should be fun because I guess they are having a costume contest and see who can resemble the characters in the game. :)
